I broke the screen of my PSP a long while ago. I was drinking and stuck it in my back pocket. I can only assume I sat on it cause when I woke the next morning the screen was broken.

I waited a long time to decide on what to do about it and finally decided to just order a replacement screen. I ordered it from dealextreame.com and it arrived a few weeks later. 

While I was waiting for it to come I saw some neat things people were doing with the PSP and decided that while mine is open I need to do more. I ordered a Photofast cr310, 2 16 GB sd cards, some SMLEDs, and a "Smoke" clear case.

It is now complete. I copied all my UMDs and removed the UMD drive. The Photofast went in its place for an awesome 32 GB of storage.

The SMLEDs are hooked up to the speakers so they react to the sound and they went in the middle of the controls and the middle of the UMD door.

I then replaced the screen and fired it up. everything worked great and now my PSP is ready for games, movies, and music.
